Arthritis the subject of Tea and Learn

Monday’s Wills Memorial Hospital Tea and Learn focused on arthritis, with speakers (l) Barbara Banning and (r) Dr. Stan Coe speaking on different aspects of the dealing with arthritis. Mrs. Banning, an occupational therapist with MCG, demonstrated exercises that would be helpful in dealing with the pain associated with arthritis. Dr. Coe, ER physician with Wills Memorial, spoke on arthritis’ causes and effects, and medications associated with the condition. Some 30 attended the information session and refreshments were provided by Sissy Murray and her WMH staff.
