Sponsored by the Stars and Bars Motorcycle Group, Eydee’s Ride and Poker Run will get underway on Saturday, October 29, to benefit Eydee McClain, a cancer victim.

Registration will begin at 10 a.m. at the VFW Post 5899 home on Andrew Drive. Cost is $15 per hand; $10 for each additional hand.

The first bike out will be at 11 a.m. and the last one out at 1 p.m.; last bike in by 5 p.m.

Participants will ride the roads of East Central Georgia. There will be a cash prize for first places and prizes for second and third places. Fifty-fifty tickets will also be available.

After the ride there will be a Halloween dance at the Washington VFW Post Home with all proceeds from both the poker run and dance to benefit Eydee McClain.
