Washington firefighter Tim Wright shows Washington-Wilkes Primary School students how to “stop, drop, and roll” as a part of the annual Fire Safety Week in the county. Firefighters toured the primary and elementary schools to help children recognize fire dangers, respond to fire appropriately, and to see what a firefighter’s equipment looks like close up.
