Lisa Dianne Cooper Moran marries Christopher Brian DeSpain Sept. 17
Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Brian DeSpain Lisa Dianne Cooper Moran and Christopher Brian DeSpain of Kennesaw were united in marriage in a double-ring ceremony Saturday, September 17, at the Stella Bella Chapel in the Stardust Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nev. Rev. Cathy C. Russell of Las Vegas officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Judy Burgess Cooper of Pittsburgh, Pa., and the late Roy Lee Cooper. She is the granddaughter of the late W.D. and Julie Burgess and the late Ruby and Woodrow Cooper.
The bridegroom is the son of Larry E. and Gayle Cox DeSpain of Kennesaw. He is the grandson of Sarah Rebecca McAvoy Hargadon of Marietta, formerly of Wilkes County, and the late Newell A. DeSpain and the late Anderson and Ruby Garmany Cox. His greatgrandparents are the late Jake and Irene McCathy McAvoy of Wilkes County.
Robbie Roberts of Woodstock served as best man and Scott DeSpain of Canton was groomsman.
Tracy DeSpain of Canton was maid of honor and June Roberts of Woodstock served as bridesmaid.
The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Michael Lee Cooper of Washington, D.C.
The couple honeymooned in Las Vegas before returning to make their home in Kennesaw. Mr. DeSpain is employed with Wachovia Bank in Atlanta and Mrs. DeSpain with Axiom Staffing in Kennesaw.
