Tabor Baptist homecoming, revival to begin October 16

Tabor Baptist Church, 1319 Delhi Road, Tignall, is planning homecoming and a series of revival services during October.

Homecoming will be held on Sunday, October 16, beginning with singing at 10:30 a.m., by the Mountain Joy Singers from North Carolina. The singing will be followed by the worship service at 11:15 a.m. Lunch will be in the fellowship hall after the service.

Revival services will begin that evening and continue through Wednesday, October 19, with a different speaker to be heard each evening. Evening services are at 7 p.m. The speakers are listed below.

Sunday evening, Rev. Elton Lawson, retired Methodist minister;

Monday evening, Dr. Marshall Tribble of Anderson Bible College, Anderson, S.C.

Tuesday evening, Rev. Russell Davis, pastor, New Work Baptist Church; and

Wednesday evening, Rev. Addison Belangia, pastor, Faith Temple.

Rev. Paul C. Reviere is pastor of Tabor Baptist Church and extends an invitation on behalf of the church congregation to anyone interested to attend the services.
