Funeral services for Roy Andrews II, 45, of Evans were held October 10, 2005, at Lewis Memorial United Methodist Church, Evans, with Rev. Chip Wilson, Rev. Jerry Pitman, and Rev. Pierce Norman officiating. Burial was in Bellevue Memorial Gardens. He died Saturday, October 8, at University Hospital, Augusta.

Mr. Andrews was the son of Dell Andrews of Thomson and Roy and Katherine Andrews of Gulf Breeze, Fla. He was a self-employed contractor, specializing in commercial and residential renovations. He was a member of the Lewis Memorial United Methodist Church.

Survivors in addition to his parents include his wife, Jeannette Olson Andrews of Evans; two sons, Roy Andrews III and Joshua Andrews; a daughter, Jamie Andrews; a brother, Bob Andrews of Thomson; and a sister, Stephanie Bales, Watkinsville.
