Washington-Wilkes Middle School Students of the Month for December are (front row, l-r) Takela Jones, Ashley Jackson, Michael Pharr, (back) Anna Attwood, Morgen Swann, and Kiyana Owens. Two students are chosen from each grade level for this honor. Students selected must have a positive attitude, a strong desire to learn, excellent behavior, and a willingness to help others. They each received a certificate, goody bag, and a free meal certificate from McDonald’s.
