RYAN A. COWAN Ryan A. Cowan of Washington graduated from Georgia College and State University during commencement exercises held December 10, at the Centennial Center in Milledgeville.

Ryan received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and will enter graduate school at Troy State University in the winter semester of 2006.

He plans to pursue a master’s degree in public administration.

Ryan is the son of Brenda Cowan and the late George Cowan of Washington; and the grandson of the late Joe Mays and James Ella Mays of Washington.
