‘Room at the Inn’ is a different take on the Christmas story
On Sunday, December 11, The Tignall Baptist Worship Choir and Praz Team performed the Christmas musical, Room In the Inn, in which the Christmas story is told from a homeless perspective. As the message of Christ’s birth is recounted by these characters, hearts and minds are inevitably drawn to the plight of over 3,000,000 homeless people in the United States. Christmas is a season of giving, just as Jesus extended His grace toward us. Jesus commanded us to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. He said that whatever we give to the “least of these” we have given to Him. Praz Team members pictured include (front row, l-r) Whitley Hodges, Joni Bruce, Cayla Gilland, Tyson Gilland, (back) Hunter Jackson, Joshua McTier, Evan Harrison, Gracen Ware, Hannah McTier, Lauren Harrison, and Brittany Ray.
