Women’s Bible study to cover Beth Moore’s ‘The Patriarchs’
A Women’s Winter Bible Study will begin January 11 at 9 a.m. and January 12 at 7 p.m., in the Conference Room of the First Baptist Church, Washington.
The study will be based on Beth Moore’s latest book entitled, “The Patriarchs,” and will be about Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and their God.
Moore will explore such concepts as blessings, covenants, and promises and how they affect the lives of New Testament believers today. Participants in the study will get to know the individuals and families God used to give birth to His redemptive plan, and see a perfect and holy God endure His relationship with man at his best and at his weakest and worst.
All women are invited to participate in the 11-week study. The two sessions per week will be held on Wednesday mornings from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. beginning January 11; and on Thursday evenings from 7 until 9 p.m., beginning January 13.
The only cost is for the workbook which is $16. The workbooks are available in the church office or at the first session. Child care will be provided.
