Caroline Gentry, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Gentry Jr. of Athens, celebrated her fourth birthday on January 12 and was treated on several occasions.

Caroline enjoyed an early birthday celebration when her grandmother, Mrs. J.C. Carroll of Eutawville, S. C., visited several days. They enjoyed making cupcakes which were topped with candles and enjoyed with a birthday supper shared with Caroline’s mother and sister, Anna.

On her birthday she celebrated with her friends at Kids R Kids. Caroline, her mother and sister, made and decorated cupcakes which she and her mother served to her classmates. Party favors were also given.

On Friday evening, January 13, her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Pope Jr., treated Caroline, her mother and Anna to a birthday dinner at Gautreau’s Cajun Café in Watkinsville. After dinner they returned to her home for Cinderella birthday cake.

Caroline and her family will celebrate again when her daddy gets home from Iraq for a two-week leave.
