Toombs House awarded funds from Watson-Brown

The Watson-Brown Foundation’s Junior Board of Trustees awarded $600 Saturday to the Robert Toombs State Historic Site for the restoration of the home’s front landscape. Curator Marcia Campbell said that the money would be used to improve the irrigation for the traditional period landscaping recently planted.
