Wildlife biologist Jeff Brooks and fisheries biologist Jamie Sykes of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers discussed forest, wildlife, water quality, and fisheries management programs being conducted on area reservoirs at the regular meeting of the Washington Kiwanis Club on Tuesday, January 31. Programs such as prescribed burning, linear food brakes, deer hunts for paralyzed veterans, quota primitive weapons hunts, and kids fishing, as well as others, were presented. Mitch Overend (right) was the program host for the day.
