Tiger standout Markeith Wylie signs a national letter of intent to play football for Valdosta State University Wednesday morning, as his mother, Kimberly Dillard, and Coach Russell Morgan look on. Wylie was courted by many colleges, his mother said, but it was Valdosta State that he decided on. “They offered a full paid scholarship,” she said. “That’s what we were praying for.”
