This big handsome bulldog was found on Bartram Trace at the end of Hwy. 44. He had on a collar with no identification. He is extremely friendly, well-behaved, and well cared for.

Call the Washington-Wilkes Animal Shelter at 678-CATS. Hours are 3-5 p.m.

When animals aren't wearing ID tags it reduces their chances of being reunited with their owners. Pets can roam far from home, especially during mating season.

Pet owners should call the shelter, put up flyers, and call their veterinarian. Please put identification tags on your dogs.

The W-W Animal Shelter needs more doghouses and a 10'x10'6" dog fence. Cat, kitten and puppy food would be welcomed.
