Sincere sympathy is extended to Rev. and Mrs. O'Neal Martin and family in the death of her sister, Mrs. Mary Wellmaker of Lincoln County. She was a lovely lady and will be sorely missed by all who knew her. Many friends and relatives attended her funeral at Hephzibah Baptist Church Friday afternoon. Rev. and Mrs. O'Neil Martin visited Mrs. Juanita Bradford after services at Clifford's Grove Baptist Church Sunday morning. She has been missed at church for several weeks since her illness. We hope she will soon be feeling better. Visiting Mrs. Juanita Bradford Tuesday afternoon were Mrs. Opal Harcourt of Lincolnton and Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Bradford of Thomson. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Hayden and Philip of Martinez visited Mr. and Mrs. James Sherrer Saturday. Joining them for lunch were Mr. and Mrs. Ray Branham, Whitney and Charlie. Mrs. Ricky McCarty, Mrs. Lavonda Tanner and Brett, Mrs. Stacy Kay and Madison enjoyed having supper together Friday night at The Biscuit Place. Mr. and Mrs. James Sherrer joined members and friends for the delicious covered dish lunch at Wilkes County Baptist Church Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Philip Huff visited Mrs. Alliene Lunceford at Harper's Personal Care Home in Tignall Sunday afternoon, then visited Mr. and Mrs. James Sherrer.
