Graveside services for Edwina Aldred Hardy, 81, of Tignall were held Monday, March 6, 2006, at the Tignall Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dale Fincher officiating. She died Saturday, March 4.

Mrs. Hardy was the widow of John Wesley Evans, Marvin Walker Brown, and Harold Hardy.

Survivors include two sons and their wives, John Wesley Evans Jr. and his wife Vonnie of Montgomery, Ala., and Henry Walker and Alicia Brown of Tignall; three grandchildren, Shellie Brown Vickery, Elberton, Bailey Brown, Braselton, and Cassidy Brown, Gwinnett; and two great-grandchildren.

Hopkins Funeral Home of Washington was in charge of arrangements.
