Paternal grandparents are Mrs. Charlotte Pope Simmons and Mr. and Mrs. Bob Simmons of Washington. Paternal great-grandparents are the late Edward Barnett and Ruth Carney Pope of Washington and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert King Simmons of Greenfield, Mo.

Mrs. Simmons is the former Tara Crews of Jesup.

Zachary Jaxson Winecoff

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Winecoff of Greer, S.C., announce the birth of their son, Zachary Jaxson, on Monday, February 20, at Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville, S.C. Zachary weighed 8 lbs. 4 ozs. and has a sister, Kierstyn Elizabeth, who is 22-months old.

Mrs. Betty Dobson of Tignall is the maternal grandmother.

Mrs. Shirley Winecoff of Fort Mill, S.C., is the paternal grandmother.

Mrs. Winecoff is the former Amy Dobson of Tignall.
