The Senior Center had a busy month in February with a special Valentine Banquet sponsored by the First United Methodist Church on the 14th and a Black history program.

Plans are also developing for the Relay for Life Team under the leadership of Edward and Lizzie Crew and Montine Quinn.

The following activities are scheduled for March. All events are held at the Senior Center on Marshall Street.

Mondays - Bingo at the Center, 10:45 a.m.

Tuesdays and Fridays - Crafts, 10 a.m.

Tuesday, March 7 - Georgia Legal Services, 10 a.m.

Tuesday, March 14 - Senior Citizens Advisory Council Meeting, 10 a.m.

Wednesday, March 15 - CareSouth blood pressure checks, 10 a.m.

Wednesday, March 22 - Deadline for registration for the Seniors Relay for Life Team. Registration forms must be completed and turned into team captains at the Center by noon.
