Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Gordon of Washington announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberlyn, to Shaun Davis of Washington, son of Deborah Davis of Washington and the late Johnnie Crandell of New Jersey.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Sallie Gordon and the late Albert Gordon of Thomson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Perkins of Washington.

She is a l997 graduate of Washington Wilkes Comprehensive High School and is employed as a supervisor at Merial Limited of Athens.

Mr. Davis is the grandson of Mrs. Hiawatha Davis of Washington and the late Murtie Davis of Crawfordville, and Mrs. Marjorie Crandell and the late William Crandell of New Jersey.

He is a l998 graduate of Washington Wilkes Comprehensive High School and is employed by Swift Transportation of Atlanta.

The wedding is planned for May 27 in Crawfordville.
