Double D Maintenance owner Dave Cooper (rear) and worker Ray Owens were hard at work spiffing up the former Wilkes Telephone property on North Alexander. Although it's not on the Tour, the Woman's Club next door is expecting lots of company, so the new owners, Ash and Ames Barnett, did what good neighbors all over town are doing - making everything sharp for Tour weekend, Cooper said.
