Funeral services for Mary Louise Burdette, 60, were held Saturday, March 25, 2006, at Greater Level Hill Baptist Church, Crawfordville, with Rev. Samuel L. Duggan officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. She died March 20.

Mrs. Burdette was the daughter of the late Blanche Evans and Robert Burdette. She was a member of Greater Level Hill Baptist Church where she was a member of the Usher Board.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary B. Morrison, Norwood, and Angela R. Moss, Augusta; four sisters, Mamie Burdette, Zelma Bailey of Atlanta, Shirley Jones and Mary Jones, Crawfordville; a brother, Willie James Evans, Atlanta; five grandchildren, Dennis T. Burdette, Shamekia Tucker, Thomson, Dommonic and Shquitta Burley, Thomson, and Tori Reynolds, Sparta; three great-grandchildren.

McLendon Memorial Funeral Home of Washington was in charge of arrangements.
