In an effort to upgrade their workplace skills, Tonia Bolton and James Harris work on computers at the Ga. Department of Labor One-Stop center at the Adult Education Center behind McDonald's. Bolton, a manager at McDonald's, is using down time to work on her GED, and others are using the center to improve their job skills, work on resumes, and look at the DOL website.
