After 33 years, Celeste Stover to retire from library April 23

Celeste Stover, Director of the Bartram Trail Regional Library for the past 17 years, is retiring after being associated with the Regional Library for 33 years.
Mrs. Stover will be honored by the Friends of the Mary Willis Library and the boards of trustees of the three libraries making up the Bartram Trail Regional Library at a retirement reception on Sunday, April 23. The reception will be held at the Mary Willis Library, 204 Liberty Street, Washington, from 2-5 p.m.
The citizens of the three counties serviced by the Mary Willis Library, the Taliaferro County Library, and the Thomson-McDuffie County Library are invited to attend the reception and express their appreciation to Mrs. Stover.
