Attendance was down a bit at Clifford's Grove Baptist Church Sunday morning. But we had good services. Rev. Martin's message was from I Corinthians 15:1-19. Sunrise services will be held at Clifford's Grove Easter morning at 7 o'clock. We hope you will join us. We are planning a spring revival at Clifford's Grove Baptist Church. It will begin April 30 and go through Wednesday night. Rev. Donnie Walton, evangelist from Oak Grove, Mo., will be the guest speaker. It's been a long time since we had a spring revival so we need to work and pray that we will truly have a great revival. Plan to come and bring others. Evans Davis had surgery at the University Hospital in Augusta on Thursday. He is doing well and is expecting to come home one day this week. Mr. and Mrs. Terry Flood, who live on Holliday Road, visited Mr. and Mrs. James Sherrer Tuesday morning. Mrs. Juanita Bradford, Mrs. John Sutherland and Brad, and Mr. and Mrs. Terry Bradford enjoyed the day Saturday at the Jockey Lot in Anderson, S.C. Mrs. Iris Dyson had supper with Mr. and Mrs. James Sherrer Thursday night. Mrs. Cheryle Holsclaw of Union Point visited Mr. and Mrs. Ricky McCarty Sunday. Mrs. Juanita Bradford and Brad Sutherland attended services at Morningside Baptist Church in Lincolnton Sunday and also enjoyed the fellowship meal afterwards.
