Ashlie Nichole Williams Eric Clayton Williamson Ashlie Nichole Williams and Eric Clayton Williamson of Martinez announce their engagement.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Mrs. Tracy Williams of Grovetown and Mr. and Mrs. Timothy K. Williams of Cartersville. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Peggy Cobb of Harlem, the late Douglas Livingston, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry Ford Williams Sr. of Augusta.

Miss Williams is a graduate of Evans High School and currently a student at Aiken Tech in Aiken, S.C.

Mr. Williamson is the son of LTC (Ret.) and Mrs. Bobby W. Williamson of Martinez and the grandson of Mrs. Betty Williamson and the late James C. Williamson of Brunswick and Dr. and Mrs. William C. Branan and the late Eva Branan of Washington.

He is a student at Augusta Tech and is currently employed by Brian's Installations of Augusta.

The wedding is planned for Sunday, May 21, at 3 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Washington.
