Could excess speed add to tax revenue? Limit should be 65
     TO THE EDITOR: I recommend that the state should reduce the speed limit on interstates from 70 mph to 65 mph and let the troopers start enforcing the law on I-20. Now, if you are going 70 mph, you are the slowest person out there. Most people are going 75-80 mph.
