This bridge over Kettle Creek on Stony Ridge Road in Wilkes County is closed this week for repairs, and other bridges in the area will be closed later this month. The bridge on Skull Shoals Road at Beaverdam Creek will close from June 5 to June 16; the bridge on Stony Ridge Road at Little Kettle Creek closes from June 12 to June 23; and the bridge at Quaker Springs Road at Kettle Creek will close from June 19 through June 30.
