One man was seriously injured Tuesday morning in a four-vehicle crash south of Aonia on Highway 78. The driver of a white Dodge truck apparently crossed the line and hit a dumptruck, spun and collided with another Dodge truck (at right). The front wheel of the dumptruck came loose and damaged a Mustang (at left). The driver of the white Dodge truck was suspected of driving under the influence, but refused to be tested. He was arrested for DUI, failure to maintain a lane, and causing an injury. Traffic was tied up on the two-lane road for some four hours while the debris was cleared up.
