Scholarship open to college students studying history

The Washington-Wilkes Historical Foundation has announced the availability of a scholarship for $1,000 from the Foundation.
Applicants should be currently enrolled in a four-year college program with a career objective of teaching history/and or a four-year program with a career objective of working in the field of historical preservation.
Interested students should direct a letter of interest to the Scholarship Review Committee, W-WHF, P.O. Box 337, Washington 30673.
The deadline for submitting letters is June 15.
