Nominees have been selected from each of the four Wilkes County Schools for the 2006-2007 Teacher of the Year. One finalist from each school will be honored and awarded at a reception at the October meeting of the Wilkes County Board of Education. Superintendent of Schools Joyce Williams presented the nominees at the county-wide meeting May 24.
