Johnathon Morgan Shedd, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Shedd of Rayle, celebrated his first birthday on May 7 with a party at his home. His birthday was May 3.

Morgan was treated to a lst John Deere party theme including a "Happy Birthday Morgan" banner with John Deere tractors and balloons.

His cake was made by his mother and featured a farm scene with a John Deere tractor and baby farm animals. Morgan also had a small cake to enjoy that was decorated with a John Deere tractor. His cake was served with ice cream and other party foods and drinks.

Celebrating with Morgan and his parents and brothers, Mil and Matt, were his grandparents, Rev. and Mrs. W. C. Bentley and Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Shedd; Mr. and Mrs. Chip Bentley, Danielle and Aubrey, Mrs. John Mack, J.T. and Mary Kathryn, and Mr. and Mrs. Tim Stewart.
