"I talked to Theodosia at the Police Department, and we figured out what it needed to be street legal," he said. The addition of lights, turn signals, and a horn made the cart a new set of wheels for the family. He uses the cart to commute to his State Farm Insurance office behind McDonalds, but more often his wife Julie, a teacher at First Methodist Pre-school, gets to use it.
