Guest speaker Bunny Gunby (left) is welcomed to the Pilot Club by President Sharleen Anderson. Bunny Gunby was guest speaker at the program-dinner meeting of the Pilot Club of Washington, Inc., Tuesday evening, May 26, at the Home Caf.

Mrs. Gunby spoke on the Cancer Relief Fund. From this fund gas is provided for drivers who transport cancer patients from Wilkes County to treatment centers in nearby towns. The Pilot Club made a $500 donation to this fund and encourages others to do so to help with the high cost of fuel.

Prior to the program Sharleen Anderson presided. Celeste Adams led the Pledge to the Flag and Mabel Johnson offered the devotional and prayer.
