Dr. and Mrs. Bruce A. Coleman III, Ross and Liam, of Lawrenceville were guests during the weekend of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Peeler and visited Mrs. Mary Ann Peeler. They were in Washington especially for the Wilkes Academy Reunion Saturday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Milton Broome joined Mr. and Mrs. Lamar Baxley of Lakeland, Fla., for an extended trip through Florida enjoying beaches and sights at Fort Pierce, Palm Beach, Miami, Key West, Naples, Sanibel Island and Clearwater.

Doug Pasco and Heidi Harris of Marietta were in Washington over the weekend to attend the Wilkes Academy Reunion and visit Mrs. E.E. Pasco.

Mr. and Mrs. Bill Abadie, Kayla and Megan, of Wilmington, N.C., visited over the weekend with Dr. and Mrs. Mark Waters. Kayla and Megan remained for a ten-day visit with their grandparents before their parents will return for the Fourth of July holiday.

Mr. and Mrs. Dodd Worley, Collier and Ashton, of LaFayette were weekend guests of Mrs. Rosemary T. Hopkins and Billy Hopkins and attended the Wilkes Academy Reunion Saturday night.

Mr. and Mrs. Herb James of Charlotte, N.C., enjoyed the weekend in Washington with Mrs. Ben James.

Guests during the weekend of Dr. and Mrs. Gene Pollock and celebrating the Wilkes Academy Reunion were Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Pollock and Burney of Macon, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Horn, Tripp, Jack and Mary Jo, of Watkinsville and Mr. and Mrs. Mike Reese, Joe and John, and friend, Joseph Tingen, of Martinez.

The James Myers clan gathered at the Myers home on Sunday, June 18, for a birthday celebration in honor of Mr. Myers' 96th birthday. Present with Mr. and Mrs. Myers were Mr. and Mrs. Jack Myers of Valdosta, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Baker of Destin Beach, Fla., and Mrs. Wallace Rodgers.

Mr. and Mrs. Gil Hearn, Allie and Elise, of Atlanta enjoyed the weekend in Washington with Dr. and Mrs. Carlton Hearn and attended the Wilkes Academy Reunion at the Washington-Wilkes Country Club Saturday night.
