Jackson Kennedy Armour, son of Tracy and Denise Armour of Rayle, celebrated his ninth birthday on Sunday, June 4, with a swimming party at the home of his uncle and aunt, Lyn and Debra Armour in Rayle. His birthday was June 6.

After swimming Jackson and his guests enjoyed his John Deere cake, made by Jackie Echols, with ice cream, Cheetos, and salsa served from a John Deere trailer with tortilla chips. Cupcakes with yellow icing and green sprinkles in keeping with the John Deere theme were on a cupcake stand. Yellow and green balloons and some of Jackson's John Deere tractors also decorated the party area.

Water guns were given as party favors.

Helping Jackson celebrate were his parents, his brothers, Justin and Ethan; grandparents, Jack and Rubye Armour; Audra Chapman, Lyn and Debra Armour, John Armour, Greg, Angela, Cody and Hunter Armour, James, Joyce, Brandon, Stephanie and Cameron Bowen, Pam and Avery Hall, Adriane and Anthony Echols, Logan Denard, Hunter Newsome, Austin Denard, Mil Shedd, Gavin Garrett, Andrew Echols, Jessica Echols and Taylor Goldman.
