Amy Cynthia Harkins of Washington Wilkes graduated from Valdosta State University in Valdosta and received her degree during the spring 2006 graduation exercises on the campus.

Harkins is a teacher at Washington Wilkes Comprehensive High School and received her degree as an Education Specialist in Instructional Technology.
