A 13-year-old Rayle girl escaped injury Tuesday when she drove this borrowed Honda into the path of a logging truck, destroying the car and causing the truck to jackknife on Highway 78 at Columbus Granade Road. Deputy Jackie Graves takes the insurance information from the car's owner. After the accident, the girl walked a block to her home, where she was examined by Wilkes EMS. "God was watching out for her," a relative said.
