Six-month-old Elizabeth Wansley of Thomson can't quite reach the pedals on the classic pedal car she won, but parents Stevi and William Wansley will take care of it until she can. The Kiwanis/Grate Fires drawing was held the night of the July 4th Celebration on The Square as a fund raiser to improve local city parks.
