Celeste Stover, retired director of the Bartram Trail Regional Library headquartered at the Mary Willis Library, spoke to the Washington Kiwanis Club at its regular meeting on Tuesday, July 25. Stover, who retired as director on April 30, updated members regarding recent activities at the library, especially the Vacation Reading Program. She also introduced Lillie Crowe (left), the newly-selected director who will assume her duties on August 1. Kiwanian Herb Stackhouse (not pictured) was program host for the day.
