As part of the ongoing effort at Wills Memorial Hospital to provide "the right care for every person every time," these ladies send out the patient satisfaction surveys and "go the extra mile" towards patient care by delivering mail to patients in the hospital, providing copies of The News-Reporter for them to read, maintaining the book cart, and by visiting the patients.
