The members of the Tignall Baptist Youth Department ventured into the wilderness on their recent Youth Retreat to "Wild Adventures" theme park in Valdosta, Georgia. "Twenty-one youth and six adults took the trip to have fun and fellowship in the name of the Lord," said Carol McTeir. Friday was spent in "Wild Adventures" theme park and Saturday in "Splash Island" water park. Those participating in this two-day adventure included Tyson Gilland, Cayla Gilland, Brittney Ray, Brandy Ray, Lauren Harrison, Joe Rogers, Jack Rogers, Jonathan Rogers, Saul Smith, Kaitlyn Bagwell, Josh McLeroy, Tom Saggus, Kason Bradley, Josh McTier, Hannah McTier, Whitley Hodges, Ben Hodges, Jessica Wright, Paden McTier, David Martin and Whitney Branham. The adults accompanying these youth were Reverend Dale Fincher, Benji Hodges, Bud Harrison, Allison Rogers, Troy and Carol McTier. "These young people enjoyed a fun weekend while learning more about how the world perceives us as Christians."
