Shana Boyd Mcgruder and children, Will and Rebecca, of Atlanta were in Washington this weekend with Gail Boyd with plans for Mrs. Mcgruder to run in the triathlon in Elberton.

Other guests of Mrs. Boyd were Atlanta friends Libby and Frampton Simons and children, Frampton, Jr., Schuyler and Henry.

Mrs. Mcgruder and Frampton Simons did the triathlon in less than three hours at the Richard Russell State Park. The race consisted of a 1000 meter swim, 22 mile bike race and six mile run.
