Richard Bush, grandson of Mrs. Sam Bonner of Washington, received his Doctorate in Applied Management and Decision Sciences from Walden University in commencement exercises on July 15 at Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind.

His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Coley Pettus of Bloomsdale, Mo., attended the commencement.

Dr. Bush is Director of the Undergraduate Management Program at Lawrence University in Southfield, Mich.
