At the August 3 meeting of the Washington Rotary Club, Georgia State Troopers Donnie Smith (Rotary immediate past president), Ronnie Rhodes, and Tommy Crafton presented an informational program on the history of the Georgia State Patrol and showed a video on training camp activities. They explained about the rigors of training and outlined the duties and services provided by troopers throughout the state. Dr. M.R. Clayton (left) was program host for the day.
