Kids enjoy 'Princess and the Pea'

Hundreds of kids from around the area filled Washington's Little Theater this week as the Children's Playhouse played eight performances of "The Princess and the Pea." Some 1,200 school children from Wilkes and surrounding areas enjoyed the classic comedy Wednesday through Friday with a cast including Phil Rothman, Emma Collins, and pictured (l-r) Sue Davidson, Lawrence Hyde, and Cliff Hargrove.
