There will be a country cooking supper at Fishing Creek Baptist Church Saturday, September 9, from 6:00 until 8:30 p.m. Cost is $6.00 per plate for all you can eat.
All proceeds will go to Jim Bolen and his wife, Diane (LilBit), to help cover expenses toward treatment for a serious illness.
The Bolens live in the upper part of Lincoln County near Clark Hill Lake and are well-known residents in the area.
Rev. Roy Cates, pastor of Fishing Creek Baptist Church, encourages everyone to participate in this event for a worthwhile cause.
