Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Lincolnton, will celebrate its 135th anniversary on Sunday, October 22, at 2 p.m. Rev. Robert Crawford is pastor.

Henry Drake will be the master of ceremonies for the meeting and Rev. G.T. McCord will be the speaker for the special occasion.

Churches invited include Popular Spring Baptist Church, First Baptist, Ebenezer, St. Luke, Pleasant Grove, Lower Tabernacle, Newberry, Harmony, Mulberry CME, Rehoboth, Mt. Nebo, Maple Spring, Prices Grove, First Mt. Carmel, White Rock, Antioch CME, Bethlehem, True Light Holiness, Mulberry (Wilkes County), Heard's Chapel,. New Tabernacle, Green Branch, and New Salem.
