Samantha Wheatley treated to 'Wonder Woman' party Oct. 15
Samantha Faith Wheatley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Greg Wheatley, celebrated her sixth birthday on Sunday, October 15, with a W o n d e r Woman party at her home on W h e a t l e y Road.
Red, yellow and blue balloons were used in decorating in addition to fall colors and pumpkins.
The occasion was a costume party and Samantha was dressed as Wonder Woman. Other guests were dressed in their favorite superhero costumes or themes of their choice.
Samantha had a Wonder Woman cake enjoyed with Cheetos, carrot sticks and Ranch dip, M&M's, pizza rolls, nuts and goldfish with soft drinks and Kool-Aid.
Samantha and her guests played hot pumpkin, a musical dress up game, and went on a hayride.
Treat bags were given to each guest.
Celebrating with Samantha and her parents were her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Davis, Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Norris and Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Wheatley; greatgrandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Wheatley of Washington, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Pieczynski of Grovetown and Mrs. Frances Hall of Jackson, S.C.; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Wheatley of Athens, Mr. and Mrs. Jason Wheatley, Canyon and Colton, of Hayesville, N.C., Tracy, Timothy and Carlos Osborne, Mrs. Tim Purdy, Mr. and Mrs. Shane Harper, Adam, Caitlyn and Sydney, Mrs. Julia Anne Holley, Alyssa and Ashlyn, Mrs. Ryan Hite and Will, Mrs. Brian Guin and Taylor, Mrs. Bruce Lamar and Alex, Mrs. Rob Jackson and Maura, Mrs. Kerry McAvoy Jr. and Erin, Mrs. Jimmy Harkins, Samantha and Nicolas, and Rebecca Davis.
On her birthday Samantha was treated to lunch at the Pizza Hut by her great-grandmother, Mrs. Frances Hall; Mrs. Mike Davis and Rebecca.
Samantha was treated the day before her birthday with a trip to Mule Day at Callaway Plantation with her grandfather, Carlton Norris They enjoyed lunch together at Biguns.
Samantha completed her birthday celebration by having a class party at Washington-Wilkes Primary School where she shared birthday cake, ice cream cups and juice boxes with her kindergarten classmates on Monday, October 16. Goody bags were given as favors.
