Plans are being finalized for the Washington Woman's Club Yard Sale set for Saturday, October 28, at the clubhouse on North Alexander Avenue beginning at 8 a.m. rain or shine.

The event promises to be as big a sale as last year and again profits are returned to the community as the club supports many organizations and events.

The club continues to accept donations of articles from the community. Those interested in donating articles can contact Kathy Overstreet, project chairman, at 706- 678-7461 to arrange for pick-up or to get more information concerning the event.
